The kids had fun. The little one (mine) was a bit (understatement) temperamental. She was imprisoned in her stroller towards the end of our day. The littlest Gator enjoyed the outdoors. Both middle children took charge of the map. We saw the new baby giraffe (8 days old!), and the baby elephant (Shanti) was kicking a huge ball around her area. Most of the other areas of the zoo were under construction - from the lions, tigers, and bear exhibits (oh my!). We finished the afternoon with snow cones and popcorn.

A Trip to the Zoo
Tiffany and I took the kids (minus one) to the zoo Friday afternoon. Our youngest school closed Thursday and Friday for a teacher's conference. My oldest two had early dismissal Friday. We missed the oldest GatorGirl... The day was beautiful. 70 degree weather in February!
