We have a new home…well almost! We purchased the “oozing brick” house on Jan 9th after MUCH headache for all (especially Dana, Title Company extraordinaire and our patient realtor, Richard Ray). By 9:00 that evening all the carpet had been rip out, interior doors were off their hinges, and bushes had been trimmed. And, the work hasn’t stopped (thanks to Andy and Bill). By the end of January, four major hurdles should be complete: foundation, electric, plumbing and roof. We are in the middle of the foundation “project” and hopefully the electrician will begin work this week.. Jewels has drawn up an awesome plan for the interior. We are moving walls and hallways, expanding the kitchen and baths, changing out doors and more! I can’t wait to move in.

Looks like you have done a ton of work. The floor plan will be so nice. Happy to see Bill doing some work. Can't wait to see it in the different stages.
Carters, congratulations, the house and modifications look great. I know it will be awesome once you've finished making it better.
can't wait to see you and the finished project.

Guess Ginger is the babysitter during this project. Congrats, Carters! God knew what he was doing giving the energy to the young. (Where does that leave Bill?) Cannot wait to see the finished product.
Congrats, guys! You've really progressed quickly and it looks like you're going full charge ahead! The floorplan sounds great and look at all that hardwood - was that a surprise? Good luck getting it all done -- you will be in your perfect home soon! :)
